It focuses on nurturing players aged 3 to 18 through unified coaching methodologies and providing them with direct exposure to Brera-affiliated clubs. Starting in 2026, the program will introduce Talent ID camps and European academy experiences, alongside friendly matches and further integration efforts, underscoring Brera's dedication to fostering cross-continental development opportunities for both male and female soccer players.
